A circa 1950-1960 illustration of a School Badge. These illustrations are undated, but seem to have been printed on paper older than the image would suggest. The grain of the pictures suggest they were originally on a type of sugar paper which I have used to help me date these as having come from a schoolboy's or schoolgirl's annual in the 1950's. I'm not sure what type of printing process has been used. The photo/scan has a watermark, the originals will not show this watermark. It is entitled simply:

ALEXANDRA JUNIOR (SINGAPORE)

It shows the school badge and motto: Manners Makyth Man. I'm assuming this is a British Forces School for children of members of the army or other branches of the services.
