Dated: 1930

Titled A Morris Isis Enhances Dignity

A full page in colour from a drawing by B. Linder showing a lady next to the car and a chauffeur taking in luggage; its miel price for with Triplex Glass, Chromium Finish etc. Advert for Morris Motors Ltd of Cowley, Oxford. c.keenlyside.

On the reverse is a foxhunting scene with horses, hounds and hunters; an advert for VAT 69 Whisky for William Sanderson Distillers of Leith. Artist unknown.

Provenance: From the Illustrated London News, a newspaper founded by Herbert Ingram, with the first edition appearing on 14 May 1842. Type: Lithographic Print 1930.

CONDITION/DIMENSIONS

The page measures overall 370x260mm (14.5x10.25 ") approx. It is printed on both sides. There is very little age yellowing; please check the picture(s) for condition. The advert are dated at the top of page. This item will be packaged in a tube.
