It measures 310 x 225 mm (12.25 x 8.75 inches) approx. It is blank on the reverse and is suitable for framing. There is a some age yellowing with handling marks and spotting - please see scans. There are two tiny tears to bottom border. There is an as published fold to the centre which has been repaired/reinforced. Note: info. in the description is my research only.
