Provenance: The Times History of the War; Published 1915 by The Times, Printing House Square, London. This publication was originally published in weekly parts, and although the provenance states 1915, I would have to say this is a bit ambiguous as these publications covered the whole year and on this basis I would have to date it as circa 1915.
