A full page photographic image by H. Walter Barnett showing Britain's Foreign Secretary. Info. He is probably best remembered for his remark at the outbreak of the First World War: "The lamps are going out all over Europe, we shall not see them lit again in our life-time".

On the reverse is a photographic image by Elliott and Fry (within unrelated text) of The Right Hon. Winston Churchill First Lord of the Admiralty.

A full page print from a publication, as the date states and not a modern reproduction. It measures 310 x 230 mm (12 x 9 inches) approx. It is printed on both sides. There is a some age yellowing/handling marks, with a few age spots to border edge. This item will be packaged in a board backed envelope. "Info.” in the description is my research, although relevant to the accompanying image or article, is not necessarily in the text.
