A circa 1907 map showing principal railways etc., stretching from Greenland (part), Melville Island and Alaska (part) in the North - Down to Lake Michigan, New York State in the south

Other areas shown on the map include Prince of Wales Land - Baffin Land - Franklin - Yukon - Mackenzie - Keewatin - Baffin Bay - North Devon - North Southampton Island - Ungava - Hudson Bay - James Bay and Islands - Labrador - Manitoba - Saskatchewan - Alberta - British Columbia - Queen Charlotte Islands - Ontario - Quebec - Newfoundland - Nova Scotia - The Great Lakes - and the borders with the USA - etc

CONDITION /DIMENSIONS

An original antique map from the date stated and not a later reproduction.

Suitable for framing. It has an original as published fold to the centre, with a tiny split to top extreme top of fold. Blank on reverse (blank apart from titles and a key map). There is a little age yellowing. It measures overall 510 x 390 mm ( 20 x 15.25 inches ) approximately. It originally would have been in an atlas, edge mounted so as to avoid damage to the map, and not stapled. This map will be sent rolled in a protective postal tube; packaged wt. approx 140g.
