Size overall: 500x330mm (19.25x13inches).
Provenance: Edited and Published by George W. Bacon FRGS., Agent by Appointment for the Ordnance Maps, 127 Strand. London 1883.
It stretches from Cleggan Harbour, Toormakeady, Clifden, The Devils Mother (mountain), Ballinrobe and Hollymount in the NW; to Donaman and Roscommon in the NE; down to Coolbeg or Coolbay, Guileen or Gyleen, and Carlisle, Whitegate and Cork in the SE; over to Mizen Head, Bantry Bay, Ballinskelligs, and Valentia Island in the SW. A very detailed map with houses, farms etc named. The rail route networks are shown and the official names of railway stations are printed along the routes etc.

Suitable for framing. It measures 500x330mm (19.25x13inches). It is blank on the reverse. It has an as published fold to the centre. It originally would have been in an atlas, edge mounted so as to avoid damage to the map, and not stapled. There is a little age yellowing and a small tear to the bottom border which has been repaired on the reverse at some time. The listing images may show watermarks; these are NOT on the actual maps. This item will be packaged in a tube and sent Royal Mail Small Parcels. IMPORTANT This postal service does not include tracking. If tracking is required please contact me for prices.
